Overview

PAI offers a comprehensive benefit plan based on your employment classification upon hire. Flexible spending accounts feature reimbursement for both medical and dependent care.

Time off provisions

PAI offers a generous time off accrual package. In addition to vacation and sick leave, PAI observes most major holidays and also offers employees personal holidays based on their employment classification. PAI’s hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. A regular workweek is 37.5 hours.
